Welcome to Flarely! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Flarely platform, operated by Scarlet International ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using Flarely at flarely.net (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Flarely offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Pricing is listed in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD) and may vary by region. Paid features are subject to the terms of the plan you select.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions will be honored through their current billing period.
Flarely offers ad revenue sharing to eligible creators. Revenue is generated when visitors view advertisements on Action-Based Links.
Flarely does not guarantee any specific level of ad revenue.
You agree not to use Flarely to:
You retain ownership of all content you upload to Flarely, including link titles, descriptions, images, and profile information. By uploading content, you grant Flarely a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute your content as necessary to operate the Service.
If your profile contains adult or sensitive content, you must enable the 18+ content warning toggle. Failure to do so may result in account suspension.
The Flarely name, logo, branding, and platform code are the property of Scarlet International. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.
Flarely offers creator protection features including intermediary redirects, delayed rendering, and rotating subdomains. These features are designed to reduce the risk of link flagging by social media platforms.
However, we cannot guarantee protection against all forms of content moderation by third-party platforms. These features are provided on a best-effort basis.
Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if:
Upon termination, your public profile page will be deactivated. We will retain your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scarlet International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or NT$3,000, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Scarlet International, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Taipei, Taiwan.
The Flarely referral program allows creators to earn commissions by referring new users. Referral commissions are 10% of the referred user's subscription fee for 12 months from the date of their first paid subscription. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.
